Agape Family Life Centre is a non-profit organisation committed to the rehabilitation of the service users in our care.
We are a non-governmental Community Based organization actively working nationally with communities rendering a holistic service towards socio- economic challenges namely substance abuse. We are working with the community, bringing a positive change about in the current state of the community.
Registered as an intensive outpatient treatment centre in terms of section 14 of the Prevention of and Treatment for substance Abuse Act, 2008 (Act No. 70 of 2008).
Recognizing the chronic disease nature of substance dependency, Agape’s programs will assist clients with improving their ability to function in the community, in the workplace, schools and in their families, through assisting them to stop abusing substances.
The Organisation was established in the year 2013 by Mr. Yusuf Baxter, an addictions counselor, passionate about changing the lives of others struggling with addiction.
Agape Family Life Centre is also the First Registered Outpatient Treatment Centre of its kind , Designed by an Individual who is celebrating 15 years of Recovery from Addiction.
